File Annual Report/Pay LLC/Partnership Tax
All annual reports for locally based active corporations and franchise taxes for a prior year are paid annually on or before March 1st and have to be filed online. When a business fails to file its report or pay the stipulated franchise taxes, it incurs a penalty of $200.00 plus 1.5 percent interest per month on tax and penalty.
