The Commercial Board of the State of Ceará – JUCEC is a state organization that administers and implements the state’s public registration services for commercial firms and related operations. It is in charge of recording commercial companies’ and society groups’ constitutions, amendments, dissolutions, and extinctions. JUCEC is also compiling the price list and handling public translator and auctioneers’ qualifications, appointments, registrations, cancellations, and warehouse managers and general managers.

Services by JUCEC
The issuance of the annual license
JUCEC issues the vehicle registration and licensing certificate (CRLV) to owners of motor vehicles like cars, motorbikes, lorries, and buses, among other things. The document, which must be carried out and renewed annually, ensures the legality of vehicle circulation for the driver/owner.
Civil identity card
The identity card, also known as the general registry, is an identifying civil document issued by state and federal security organizations.
Issuing certificate
The state department of transit issues a certificate that confirms the validity of a driver’s health record and establishes the legitimacy of their license, physical check, and regional driver’s license. After the transfer of registration, the out-of-state driver’s license card will be provided.
